Swimwear refunds 

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds for swimwear items. We encourage you to carefully review the sizing and product details before making a purchase.

Refunds for Non-Swimwear Items

For non-swimwear items, such as beach cover-up dresses, we offer refunds within a specified timeframe. To be eligible for a refund, please follow these steps.

Contact our customer service team at info@yaomriswimwear.com within 14 days of receiving the item to initiate the refund process.

Include the barcode and SKU number of the item in your email to help us identify and process your refund request efficiently.

Pack the item securely, ensuring the barcode is attached to the packaging for easy reference.

Ship the item back to our warehouse at the following address:

Ya Omri Swimwear, IQ Fulfillment General Warehousing LLC, Dubai Investment Park, Warehouse No 5, PO Box 54037, Dubai, UAE. 

Please note that the cost of shipping the item back to our warehouse is the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Processing

Once we receive the returned item and confirm its eligibility for a refund, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

We recommend retaining proof of shipment for your records until the refund has been processed.
